Hooshi is provided as a network-connected voice keyboard. By creating an account, downloading the app, starting a trial, or using a paid plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Use of Hooshi
You may use Hooshi for lawful personal or business dictation. You are responsible for the content you dictate and for making sure you have permission to send that content to Hooshi for processing.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Hooshi may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Subscriptions and trials
Hooshi may offer a free trial and paid monthly or annual plans. Paid access starts only after the payment provider confirms payment to Hooshi. Prices, plan features, and trial availability may change for future billing periods.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Card details are not stored by Hooshi. Refunds, where available, are handled case by case through support and may depend on provider rules, applicable law, and usage history.
Service availability
Hooshi depends on internet connectivity, GPU inference services, payment providers, and operating system permissions. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, model updates, or abuse-prevention controls.
Accuracy
Speech recognition and text cleanup can make mistakes, omit words, change punctuation, or misunderstand names and technical terms. Review important text before sending, publishing, signing, or relying on it.
Prohibited use
- Do not use Hooshi for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, malware, or abuse of infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to bypass entitlement checks, rate limits, security controls, or payment requirements.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to process through Hooshi.
Limitation of liability
Hooshi is provided without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Hooshi is not responsible for lost data, business interruption, transcription mistakes, payment-provider outages, or indirect damages.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
