HooshiSubprocessors
Hooshi (Intelligent Energy Solutions LLC) engages the third parties below to process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our DPA. We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor so customers can object.

Notes
Dictation audio is processed transiently for transcription and is not stored long-term. Card details are handled solely by the payment provider and never stored by Hooshi. Concrete provider names/regions are finalised at deployment; contact Support for the current signed list applicable to your account.
